Refund policy

At Veylora, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered. It should also be returned with its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Please note that products sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Please check your order carefully once it is delivered. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at veyloraindia@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we review the issue, we will help you with the best possible solution.

Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or through digital payment options such as GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return & Refund Options

For approved return requests, customers can choose from the following options:

1. Keep the product and receive 50% of the product cost as a refund through digital payment.

2. Return the product and receive a full refund. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the delivery/shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

- The product has been used, damaged, washed, or altered after delivery.
- The original packaging, tags, or invoice are missing.
- The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery.
- The product is sent back without prior approval from Veylora.
- The item falls under hygiene-sensitive, clearance, sale, or non-returnable categories.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the quickest option is to place a new order after your return request is approved. This helps ensure faster availability and delivery of the product you want.
