Shipping Rates

At Veylora, we offer free shipping on both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders. There are no additional Cash on Delivery charges.

Order Processing

We try to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible after they are placed. In most cases, orders are handed over to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days.

 Our business days are all days except Wednesday and public holidays.

Delivery Time

For most serviceable pin codes, we aim to deliver orders within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

However, delivery may take longer in certain situations such as bad weather, strikes, remote delivery locations, stock-related delays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link through email or SMS, which you can use to track your package.

Reverse Shipping

If you receive a damaged product and a replacement is approved, reverse shipping for the damaged item will be free.

However, if a customer wishes to return a product for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery/shipping charges.
